Reading a PanGlobal eBook has a device limit. Users can only read the eBooks on a maximum of 2 devices at a time. If you exceed the device limit, you will receive the error message –

Maximum device limit exceeded

Submit a ticket to reset the device limit for your account.

To read eBooks on mobile devices, users will have to download the Reader App for your device and login using your PanGlobal account.
