Delivery

Effective July 1, 2020 variable shipping rates apply as per product weight and region. Customer carrier account is required for large/skid delivery or, alternately actual shipping costs will be applied to invoicing.

We expect delivery of physical orders within approximately 5-12 business days, or sooner, under normal shipping conditions. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped from our warehouse, to allow you to track your delivery online. EBooks are accessible upon purchase, for the duration of purchase or subscription (rental) time frame.
